NO CAFFEINE! This is non negotiable. This means NO coffee, decaf, caffeinated teas, Coke, Diet Coke, chocolate, kombucha.
Additional for LIP BLUSH:
If you are prone to cold sores (or have ever had a cold sore) we recommend talking to your Doctor to acquire a prescription antiviral to be taken before and during the healing process. (Even to have it on hand in case you start to feel an outbreak during healing.) Permanent makeup on the lip area can possibly trigger a localized break out of the Herpes Virus if it is dormant in the body already.
-exfoliate your lips in the morning with a warm, wrung out face cloth after your shower/face washing, and reapply Vaseline until your appointment
Additional for LASH LINE ENHANCEMENT
IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP/MICROBLADING, AND WE HAVE NOT PRE APPROVED YOUR BROWS AS PER OUR BOOKING POLICIES, YOU MUST CONTACT US ASAP. We cannot work with all existing permanent makeup. If you do not inform us prior to your appointment, it may result in cancellation of your appointment and a 25% CHARGE, as per our policies listed on our website.

These instructions are ESSENTIAL to follow. They are intended to avoid thinning of the blood, which causes bleeding. In turn this causes pigment to be pushed out of the skin leaving you with imperfect, unideal results, as well as limit visibility for the artist. We want you to leave with the best results possible! Should an additional touch-up be needed due to not following the above instructions, a fee of $100 will be charged.
Discontinue the following (until 7 days after your appointment):
- facial acids: retinols, retinoids, glycolic, AHA's, any exfoliating acids
- multivitamins, vitamin e, turmeric, ginger, fish oils or omega-3 supplements (including vegetable based omega-3), (you may continue with iron supplements).
- antibiotics (please contact us immediately if currently on antibiotics, 14 day window required between last dose and your appointment in many cases)
- tanning beds
- please clean up the brow area with some light plucking
Additional for LIP BLUSH:
- If you have ever had a cold sore, please obtain a prescription for treatment and begin taking 2 days prior to your appointment
- hydrate as much as possible, drink lots of water
- keep your lips moisturized 24 hours a day with a generous layer of Vaseline/Moisturizer of your choice
48 Hours Prior To Your Appointment:
Discontinue the following (until after your appointment):
- anti-inflammatories (Advil, ibuprofen, naproxen, Aspirin) **Tylenol is OK
- alcoholic beverages
Additional for LIP BLUSH:
- continuing with a generous layer of Vaseline/Moisturizer on your lips, reapplying throughout the day and applying a dense layer for overnight
Day Of Your Appointment:
Discontinue the following (until after your appointment):
- No working out the day of your appointment

- If you have serious withdrawal symptoms, we suggest booking the earliest available appointment time
- Please lightly and gently exfoliate your brows the morning of your appointment with a damp, wrung out cloth (do not use rough or chemical exfoliants)
Additional for LIP BLUSH:

- no lash growth serums on the treated area for a minimum of 4 weeks before the appointment
- please remove all eyelash extensions before your eyeliner enhancement/lash line enhancement appointment
- please arrive with ZERO eye makeup on, and remove contact lenses prior to service
